- Incident Management (Incident Investigation & Diagnosis / Resolution and Recovery / Incident Closure)
- Problem Management (Problem Initiation / Problem Ownership / Root Cause Owner / Problem Analysis)
- Change Management (Change Implementation)
- Network / Network Security or CI Ownership
- Daily IT Operations
Requirements (Must have):
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience within Network or Network security Operations, and Network / Network Security services support, operational monitoring and/or end user support
- Deep level knowledge & certification of Cisco, HPN, Checkpoint, Juniper, F5, Bluecoat Network or Security technologies.
Knowledge in Most of the Important Network technologies. This includes:
- Cisco routers, switches
- HPN routers, switches
- HP C-Class Virtual Connect
- Load balancer technology ( F5)
- Content switching
- WAN concepts
- MPLS Technology
- Network L2 and L3 protocols IP, TCP, UDP
- Routing Protocols BGP, OSPF, ISIS
- QoS
- VPN / IPSec, SSL
- Cisco IOS, Cisco works, Cisco VoIP
- Optical Cisco DWDM and trans mode CWDM
- Familiarity with Network analyzing (Wireshark, Packetizer, TCPdump, TCPreplay)
- Basic Knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Checkpoint Firewalls
- Juniper Firewalls
- Stonesoft Firewall
- Blue Cote Proxy
- F5 (LTM, APM)
- IDS Technologies Proxy (incl. SSL handling, authentication, url filtering, etc.)
- Fluent in German
- Excellent in English
Nice to have:
- French would be a plus
