Tasks
• Survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services.
• Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases.
• Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes.
• Provide documentation of processes and business requirements.
• Support project management tasks.
Requirements
• Degree in business administration, banking and finance or economics.
• A few years of professional experience and can demonstrate solid front to back banking process.
• Experience in process management.
• Business Analysis and Prozess Management experience in the financial industry.
• Good knowledge of IT and banking processes.
• Credit Risk experience and understanding of Risk Management and Risk Control is a plus.

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude.
• Known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks.
