Project Description:Our customer already uses IBM BPM to manage, automate and improve different processes around accounting, customer communication (B2B) and documentation governance. Therefore, different backend systems (e.g. a DMS and SAP) are connected through an ESB (Microsoft BizTalk). Our customer plans to use IBM BPM as a strategic tool to manage, coordinate and automate their core processes that target the provision of IT environments. You will support the whole lifecycle of the IBM BPM processes and discharge the following tasks:
?identify implementation candidates
?conduct discovery workshops
?develop solution architectures
?lead the development team
?support the development team in finding solutions to problems
?coach team members
?specify interfaces with the ESB and other backend systems
?prepare and ensure the operation
?consult the project management to follow best practices for BPM projects
?define patterns for the development
Qualifications:
?Broad experience in BPM Standard 8.5.7
