Responsibilities;
- Provide top service to German customers, including manufacturers, dealers, insurance companies, etc.
- Maintenance and implementation at key accounts onsite (insurers, OEM/dealer networks, organizations) throughout Germany
- Manage resources of mobile support and support suppliers (field support, shop floor)
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a IT or online customer oriented role
- Flexibility to provide onsite support for our customers, throughout Germany (50-75% travel)
- Proficient in computer programs and technology
- Native German speaker; Fluent in English language
