A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Project Manager.The role is about covering a wide area of activity focused on delivering mid- to large-size payroll projects, enhancements of HR Operations processes and reportings.

Tasks
• Responsible for streamlining existing and future payroll processes between the company and global payroll provider.
• Coordinate and complete global payroll framework.
• Overall coordination, planning and steering the global payroll implementation.
• Responsibility for a timely implementation and alignment with other initiatives/programs.
• Establishing adequate tools and measures to manage the stream, track progress and timely reporting.
• Establishing adequate communication material and communicate effectively to management.
• Coordination & steering rollout activities (e.g. testing coordination, trainings).
• Provide competent guidance to the questions raised by the stakeholders related to the projects/mandates.
• Work closely with payroll experts, global payroll manager, and process owners to identify activities on the critical path.
• Build and control the project schedule and track progress.
• Escalate issues and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle and manage stakeholders' expectations.
Requirements
• Several years of experience as Project Officer, Project Manager or Consultant.
• Proven experience in dealing with complex end-user focused interaction.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Previous payroll experience is an asset.
• Strong Analytical skills & high detail orientation.
• Strong client and quality orientation.
• Good understanding of project methodology.
Soft Skills
• SAP, Workday preferable.
• Proactive working style, highly reliable, nothesitating to take ownership.
