Tätigkeitbeschreibung
Support the IT Service Management & Operations Team in the second Phase of the Transition and the Transformation
Weekly Meetings with Project Stakeholders
Act as project manager
Control that the T&T is managed properly between the 2 Providers (old and new) and make arbritrage/raise risks/ issue if neccesary

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
Excellent knowledge in IT SM Tools
ITIL certified
Excellent knowledge of Service Desk
Expertise in Project and transition Management
Years experience in IT Service Management, ideally T&T know-how
Very good English and good German kowledge
