Tangent International are urgently looking for a Transport Swap engineer, Transport Consolidation Planner and a Transport Swap Coordinator to work 3 month rolling contracts based in Germany (Dusseldorf)Requirements
The position requires E2E experience in Telefonica/E-Plus transport network. In currently deployed GU7 model, a transformation of two operator's network into one common network is required. The deployment is structured therefore in smaller area deployments. Each one is planned by our customer. The customers planning needs verification E2E before handover to deployment. Once given to deployment teams, the deployment teams need guidance to execute rollout and to find gaps and in planning and take required action.
- The resource has strong analytical skills, planning background and is able to develop reporting requirements.
- Work experience of minimum 3 years in Microwave Planning or Back Office,prefer Telefonica or E-Plus experience.
- Cluster Pre-checks at handover from Telefonica
- maintain cluster handover criteria reports, judge Telefonica preparation if ready for cluster handover
(negative results go back to regional head for escalation to TEF Schedule tracking.)
- Routing check
- Patching check
- Cluster SWAP process & scheduling escalation support
- Interface with transport planners Telefonica
- Interface with transport planners E-Plus
- Shared resouce support
- Support transport swap coordinators in regards to consolidation target achievement
Preference Tools Knowledge:
- One set of either Telefonica O2 or E-Plus tools.
- Telefonica Rollout Tools APT, Netsite, x:acta
- E-Plus. Daylight, MW/packet node planning tools, Rambo, transtool
