For our Customer in the Insurance environment we are looking for a Workforce Specialist (m/f)The HR Information Management and Data Architecture division, is seeking for a Senior Expert for Global Workforce Analytics
Tasks
Further improve and drive HR dashboards
Perform HR business analysis, HR benchmarking and support with workforce data
Run and further develop standard HR reporting towards HR experts and business
Marketing of Workforce analytics & reporting, HR KPIs and build-up link towards HR strategy
Implementation of HR Key Performance Indicators and follow-up
Consistently drive HR data quality
Maintaining and optimizing of global HR data model and dictionary
Skills
Solid experience in HR Analytics International Organizations
Proven track record in HR and high affinity to work with big data
Experience in HR Reporting and Benchmarking
Proven technical skills in data warehousing, Business Objects and Excel required
SAP (CO, HR) experience - Good to have. Not mandatory
Strong Customer Focus and relationship skills
Positive and open approach, strong team working attitude
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Relevant University degree
Excellent command of English language
