System Administrator - OS, Cirix, Telephony, Incident Management
GIOS Technology LTD are an IT and Business Consultancy and we support our clients at a Global level. On behalf of my client, a large Technology Services provider, I am looking for a System Administrator - OS, Cirix, Incident Management.
Responsibilities and skills needed as below:
Integrating an IT European team, you are insuring the local support including:
- Assistance/training to the users in English.
- Deployment and installation of workstations
- Installation and update of operating systems
- Installation of telephony
- Report incident in a global management tool
- Smart hand for engineers
- User support on a Citrix environnement
Required:
- English
- German
- A good relational
- A high sense of the service
- Team Player
- Hours of operation frame 8AM - 6PM
- Rare after hours operation or Week End might be needed
Please note this role is to be based in Berlin for approx. 3 - 6 months.
