Task:Support Business Process Management and Solution Management - Service & After Sales
Requirements (Must have):
• Support Business Process Management and Solution Management - Service & After Sales
• Project management for process and solution development (i.e. solution evaluation, gap analysis SAP roll-outs, Business Process Innovations)
• Advise on SAP architecture and technical solution approach
• Functional and technical specification of work packages
• Testing
• Update technical and end-user documentation (work instructions, manuals)
• Change management process (CMP)
• Interacting with a global and intercultural project team of Schindler employees (i.e. key-users and business owners) from different zones and functions as well as external consultants
• Supporting the orchestration of a global network of business experts and key-users
• Active end-to-end business value management and communication with business process managers and business stakeholders
• Supporting the KGs in improving their maturity level related to process discipline and solution usage in order to achieve their operational goals
