Your Responsibilities• Lead the design process for a unified security architecture across the company
• Identify industry trends, products on the market that may become required or useful for Avaloq
• Monitor emerging threat concepts
• Analyze and identify security requirements for specific components and build concepts along the overall corporate security design
• Define and enforce security conventions, guidelines, standards and best practices
• Train, coach and mentor the development organization on security topics
• Provide security sales material and support sales activities on security architecture topics
• Be the go to contact for clients on security questions during projects
• Establish security quality assurance checks in the development process
• Initiate and manage projects in the area security architecture improvements/innovation
Education
• Advanced University degree preferably in business or IT or Mathematics or Physics
• Deep Knowledge on security architecture and implementation at all level: business, logical, technical
• Certifications like TOGAF desired
• CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP or other information security certifications is a plus
• Experienced PRINCE2 practitioner is a plus
• Proficiency in German and English
Professional Requirements
• Deep knowledge in security architecture and solutions
• Strong security background and knowledge on security threats and security technologies (5+ years)
• Strong experience on internet security, web based systems, multi-tier architecture, mobile infrastructure
• Strong abstraction skills, mathematical understanding and sufficient crypto
• Project management skills (incl. methodology and tools)
• Experience on security assessment and improvement including certification on ISO security standards
• You are familiar with governance frameworks like ITIL and COBIT
