Task:- Maximizes value to the customer and local stakeholders for all assigned purchase services or goods through the use of professional procurement practices and techniques
- Develops and maintains long-term beneficial supplier relationship for relevant site
- Ensures supplier quality and delivery, monitors local supplier KPI’s
- Improves quality of goods and services in the procurement processes
- Manages commodities defined as local and aligns with strategies per region/country
- Manages the demand and request process in the ERP system in line with the global Indirect Procurement Processes
- Acts as local interface to internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Manages procurement related projects in the area of change management in the buying community
Requirements (Must have):
- 2 years of work experience, technical and operational expertise, handling of purchase requests
- Strong analytical skills combined with cost reduction mindset
- Strong understanding of fundamental theories, principles and concepts
- Knowledge in related disciplines
- Negotiation/Influencing skills, Communication and presentation skills, Project Management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Sound knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, SAP SRM) and eProcurement tools
- French and German fluent
