We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (m/f).
Aufgaben:
Reviewing customer requirements and generic standards, make appropriate recommendations for manufacturing or production processes to meet the requirements and standards.
Responsibilities:
Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
Using relevant quality tools and making sure staff understand how to improve the business.
Skills:
Proven field quality management experience
High level of English communication skills
Communication, persuasiveness, interpersonal skills
Problem solving, organizing and planning
Analytical, numerical and statistical ability
Teamwork
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Technical degree or certification
