Quality Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Quality Manager
Position Type: Contract

Main Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Managed Services activities
- Good understanding of ITIL methodology
- Experience in ISO 27001/ISO 20000/TL9000
- Experience to implement processes into a new operations set-up
- Understanding of quality measures and SLA implementation in Managed Services
- Able to set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
- Able to identify improvement areas and optimisation
Qualifications:
- Very good Presentation skills
- Experience in Managed service delivery projects
- Commercial principles awareness
- German fluent
- Travelling across Germany and Romania
