About the Company
Tangent International are urgently looking for a German speaking Quality Manager to work on a 3 month extendable assignment based in Germany. The candidate should have good experience of ISO process' and familiar with Managed Services activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Familiar with Managed Services activities
Good understanding of ITIL methodology
Experience in ISO 27001/ISO 20000/TL9000
Experience to implement processes into a new operations ste-up
Understanding of quality measures and SLA implementation in Managed Services
Able to set-up and steer customer meetings, work with customer
Able to identify improvement areas and optimisation
Candidate Skills and Requirements
Very good Presentation skills
Experience in Managed service delivery projects
Commercial principles awareness
