Mandate 3614

for a Business Analyst (f/m) Securities Lending

Project environment

A global Swiss Bank.


Tasks

• Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them.
• Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved.
• Assist in quality and project management.
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.


Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience of applying business analysis techniques.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Securities Lending within the last three years.
• Banking experience or experience in the financial services are a must.
• Experience with Business Requirements, Stakeholder Management, risk / issue management and project planning.
• Knowledge in developing robust solutions, as a plus especially Java knowledge.
• An understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Act as a single point of contact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
• Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications.
• Technically savy with an appreciation for IT capability.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, German is a plus.
