Role of the System Administration is to perform day to day support on the server like administration, housekeeping, maintenance, upgrade of OS, supporting Hardware problems co-ordination with Vendors, performing Security related controls and checks. â?¢ Support On-Call 24X7.â?¢ Work on major severity and complex server issue. â?¢ Backup and restore VMWare servers and virtual sessions. â?¢RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission. â?¢Planning and implementing fixes / Patches â?¢Performance and capacity management on Windows servers Complex Health Checking. â?¢Analyze Problems & escalate to appropriate Levels. â?¢Act on Day to Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts â?¢Administration of physical and virtual storage infrastructure in complex heterogeneous environmentsâ?¢Understanding deployment of infrastructure in cloud environments

Erforderlich:
Min of 6 Years of Experience required on Data Centre Operations.â?¢Experience in Physical Touch and feet support at Data Centreâ?¢Min of 6 Years of Experience required on VMware / Windowsâ?¢Basic Understanding on Windows Administration (DHCP, AD, DNS, Print Services)â?¢Min of 6 Years of Experience required on VMware / Windows
