One of our major clients are looking for an experienced team member to join their Helpdesk Support team in Frankfurt, on an Initial 6 month contract starting in June.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Fluency with German & English Language
- 2+ Years of Experience of working as Hotline team member/lead
- Knowledge of 1st line Support
- Experience with Tributum product is preferred
- Experience working in International Banks
