Task:- Accountable for the delivery of a large scale strategic HR IS program according to agreed timelines, quality, budget and scope. Be the main point of contact for project owner and Steering Committee.
- Provides leadership based on HR and IT technology experience, including experience with global HR SaaS applications, integrations and interfaces, data profiling, conversions, testing, and functional cutovers.
- Alignment of all stakeholders and future end-users: understand needs, manage expectations and ensure involvement and support; be the strongest ambassador for the entire program. Comfortable working and dealing with managers and professionals from different cultures.
- Representing and embedding the program towards the entire Swarovski organization in order to ensure acceptance and realization of objectives (system and non-system related).
- Contributes and also drives Change Management (information, leading change) towards the entire organization in order to ensure acceptance of the program.
Requirements (Must have):
- 10 years + professional experience with minimum 7 years proven project management experience
- Previous experience in an international environment and a matrix organization
- Proven track record in managing multi-national HRIS projects with major impact on processes and procedures, organization and how a function is doing their business (HR operating model), previous experience with Workday is a plus
- Strong business acumen (understand modern HR service delivery models) and value delivery of HR to business
- Agile methodology proven experience, Project Management certification is a plus
- Ability to get things done and strong delivery orientation
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Strong Stakeholder management skills and engaging leadership skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, German is an added advantage
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Travel required to Asia up to 40%
