On behalf of my client, I am looking for a Team Coordinator in Global UNIX Support to offers its customers a comprehensive 2nd and 3rd level support in the field SOLARIS & AIX.
The client is in need of this requirement as a replacement is needed, the successful candidate would take care of the training of new colleagues and would provide and receive supported by this then.
Activities:
- The role of the team coordinator is not designed as a Team Lead but is primarily concerned with the receipt of change requests (GCM) and incident tickets
- Tickets are then checked and accordingly distributed to the relevant SMEs for UNIX Administration.
- The current time availability and capacity of the relevant SMEs is observed.
- In a further step the team coordinator plans the weekly scheduling for individual SMEs.
Skillset:
Excellent English skills are essential as well as excellent communication skills - the customers and management to sit almost exclusively in the English-speaking world
Basic technical understanding and quick learner (Technical candidate is not required, but it must be understood superficially what the SMEs do)
Structured approach, ideally in advance into contact with project management regarding issues that have been
