Main required skill: Employee Central implementation experience
Secondary skill (also mandatory): strong HCM on-prem implementation experience
The engagement will require approximately 40% EC configuration support/60% On-Premise to EC.
Resource must be able to commit to 50 to 100% availability to support the project through go live (Dec 2016)
The detailed resource requirements that have been described indicate that what is desired is a very senior HCM/EC
implementation resource .
Preferably located in Europe.
Travel budget restriction: Infrequent travel may be requested in dedicated project phases to bring the global team together.
