Payroll Specialist/Financial Associate w/m
Location: Böblingen
Your tasks:
- His/Her responsibilities include the responsibility and implementation of the monthly payroll for 1000 employees including the legal Deduction, certification and reporting requirements to authorities and other external bodies.
- They supervise the staff in relation to all payroll-related issues in collaboration with our Back Office team.
- In addition, support you in the integration of employees from takeovers with different contractual conditions.
- They are responsible for the implementation of regulatory and operational changes for a specialty and working on various projects with Payroll.
Your qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in payroll and in the current social security and tax environment.
- Experience in the settlement of collective agreements
- Safe handling of SAP Payroll
