Beschreibung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

im Auftrag unseres Kunden suche ich zurzeit einen SAP Interim Manager (m/w) für ein SAP Application Team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise staff and personnel covering a wide range of activities, including multiple concurrent projects; assign members to various projects and direct their activities, and review/evaluate their work.
• Collaborate with all management levels and project leaders to determine system objectives and solutions and to provide staff for major business systems projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Interface with all levels of personnel within IT and business units to analyze problems, improve processes, and develop specific objectives and solutions.
• Participate in developing plans, strategies, budgets, and requirements; advise the design, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems and programs to increase effectiveness, solve problems, and achieve business goals; define, document, and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Plan, schedule and control systems projects; conduct and/or review feasibility studies to evaluate the credibility of cost estimates and benefits; review, critique, and approve systems specifications; establish and review performance measures.
• Provide positive and motivational leadership to staff and users; develop members’ technical and management skills, conduct performance reviews, and participate in interview and hiring, promotion, transfers and/or disciplinary action processes.
• Coordinate training programs required to meet the continuing needs of the systems staff.
• Establish and maintain service level agreements with customers; work with vendors and external consultants/contractors regarding training, systems development, work plans and direction, and feedback on work performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience/Knowledge
• 10+ years of overall experience;
• 7+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years of management experience (directing staff, implementing processes and establishing priorities)
• Expert business systems process knowledge including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Plan-to-Produce, Manage-to-Finance, etc.
• Knowledge of varies SAP modules and applications; significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments within IT functional areas
• Experience in a process manufacturing organization with significant exposure to and understanding of SAP ERP.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Microsoft Office Software Suite operations.

Beginn: ab sofort
Laufzeit: 6 Monate (mit Option der Verlängerung)
