SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) Configuration Consultant #
Remote within Europe/Part time
Start date: ASAP/Duration: 4 months initially
Role
We have a contract opportunity available for an experienced SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) Configuration Consultant. The role will require to deliver EC configuration with initial focus on reflecting the country requirements in the EC instance. Infrequent travel may be requested in dedicated project phases to bring the global team together. The workload will be 40% about 2 days/week.
Required Skills
Candidate should possess very strong experience in the following areas:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) experience
- Strong EC configuration experience from global customer projects
- Intercultural sensitivity and experience in virtual, global project collaboration

The contract has an initial duration of 4 months with likelihood of extension.
