SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) Cutover Expert #
Remote within Europe
Start date: /Duration: 1-2 months initially
Role
We have a contract opportunity available for a SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central (EC) Cutover Expert. The role will require to s upport the creation of a detailed cutover approach for a big bang go-live for 7 countries replacing an already existing EC installation with a different configuration and varying data history for different employee groups. The role will also involve to support the creation of a detailed task plan for the SF related steps required. Infrequent travel may be requested in dedicated project phases to bring the global team together.
Required Skills Candidate should possess very strong experience in the following areas:
- Solid SuccessFactors (SF) Cutover experience preferred in large enterprise and on premise integration related EC projects
- SuccessFactors EC architectural understanding as a plus.

The contract has an initial duration of 1-2 months with likelihood of extension.
