ServiceNow Discovery Consultants are needed for a large implementation project in North West Germany.
The project will be implementing SNOW Discovery for Cisco devices based on SNMP v3, with all the Cisco devices being automatically discovered by ServiceNow Discovery including CMDB updates.
Key aspects of the project will be Incident Management, Problem Management, Requirement Management, Change Management, Release Management, Request Fulfilment and Asset Management. New requirements to provide CMDB-customizing, population and reporting for Contract Management, Facility Management, Financial Management, Licence Management and Service Management.
Candidates MUST have at least 1 years experience of working with ServiceNow however more is desirable.
This requirement is for an important customer so the salary range is dependent on experience and is quite flexible paying up to £700pd, the project is 3 - 6months initially with the option for extensions.
The role is English speaking although any knowledge of German would be a plus.
