8-15 years in Banking Risk Management & Regulatory Domain, with at least 5 years in the area of Operational Risk Management & GRC.
Experience & Solid understanding of KRIs, RCSAs, Loss Data Management, Audit & Issue management, Business continuity management & Information security.
Analytical bent of mind, good ability to listen and communicate and effectively articulate.
Very good understanding of regulatory and compliance relating to Basel
Willingness to travel across the globe depending on client requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently and deliver.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
