Beschreibung
Aufgabe:- Execute system training planfor DCS/Airports end –users and monitor progress towards identified milestones; escalate delays and other roadblocks preventing successful progress
- Coordinate and schedule training classes worldwide – including securing facilities, facilitating Proper training room set-ups, and arranging other required logistics for training classes (e.g .
flight/hotel booking s/visa applications for trainers/participants)
- Work with outstations and third –parties to facilitate training activities
- Prepare training flights on time
- Monitor performance of training classes being conducted through audits and spot-checks of
training classes delivered by third –parties or ground handling companies
- Create , activate , refresh and revoke user access rights for all participants of training classes
- Provide weekly reporting and KPIs/metrics on end –user training ,plus other ad hoc reports as required by the project/business to show progress towards plan
- Provide support to training team as needed through various other tasks as required by the project/business
Anforderung:
- Airline/GDS experience
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shift-work/varying schedules if required
- Flexible approach to daily work and activities, comfortable working as part of a team
- Strong communic ation skills and comfortable to raise issues and concerns, especially during audits and spot-checks on third –party training activities
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a very high level of detail
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
