Process Consultant SAP-based - Accounts Payable Processes/SSC
Location: Berlin
Start Date: From Mid-February 2016 at the latest
Duration: 1 year
Language: Fluent English spoken and written (Basic German is also desirable)
We are seeking a Process Consultant SAP-based ( Accounts Payable Processes ) - in the context of the establishment of a shared service centre (SSC) accounting for a globally active German company, in which the accounting processes of a variety of Group companies would be shifted, an experienced consultant is wanted for the following project:
Transition of accounts payable processes of various European subsidiaries in which SAP -based shared service centre.
Task of the consultants

Support for the introduction of the global SSC process model for a largely automated accounts payable accounting

Process adjustments and change management in the implementation of appropriate local processes in the global SSC process model

Coaching and guidance both the employees of the subsidiary as the staff of the SSC, which observe on the spot.
Knowledge

International SAP FI project and rollout expertise

Process experience in the automated accounts payable accounting, including automated invoice receipt and inspection

Experience in transfer and adjustment effected processes - as part of the launch of a global process model and/or the transition to a service centre

Enforcement strength, but also the ability for persuasion, instruction and coaching in this area

A place of residence in a metropolitan area or a good airport connection makes sense due to the different locations in other European countries.
