Dear Sir or Madam,I am looking for a professional external consultant supporting one of our clients out of financial area as IT Security Lead Technical Specialist (m/f).
Experienced technical specialist required to support security assessments of biometric authentication solutions. Your main responsibility will be to ensure compliance of the bank to regulatory requirements in terms of biometrics. You will make clear statements on security requirements and risks in order to enhance security of banking applications in terms of biometrics. This might also include additional (non-biometric) two-factor authentication solutions.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identifyanddocumentcybersecurityrisks in IT projectsthatcoverbiometricauthentication
- Ensure compliance with cyber security policies and regulatory requirements concerning biometric solutions
- Assist in preparationofpolicyrequirementsconcerningsecurityofbiometricsolution
- Collect requirements from certain additional Cyber Security functions
Skills and Experience IT and Cyber Security:
- VerygoodKnowledgeonbiometricauthentication, includingbiometrictemplatecomputationandprotectionandsecurityrequirementsforbiometricsolutions
- Competentknowledgeof IT securityrelatedproductsandtechnologies, especiallythesecurityofauthenticationsolutions
- Familiaritywithsolutionsrequiredtoguaranteeintegrityandconfidentialityofbankingcustomerapplications, includingcryptographic primitives andprotocols
- Knowledge on regulatory requirements for banking applications (e.g., MaSI, SecuRePay)
- Bachelor'sorMasterdegree in informationsystemsorcomputersciencepreferred
- Preferat least oneofthefollowingcertifications: Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), orCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) Other - Abilitytowork in virtualteamsand in matrixorganizations
- GoodwrittenandspokenEnglishandGermanlanguageskills
- Experience in writingtechnicaldocuments
- Strongcollaborativeandinterpersonalskills
- Abilitytoshareinformation, transferknowledgeandexpertise
- Willingness to familiarize with administrative processes and tools
