Cable Operator Bid Manager - RFQ, RFP, Strategy, Subcontractors, Documentation, Bidding
RIZE's client is a market leading Telecommunications company looking to secure a managed service control of a cable operators business in the German market.
- Supporting bidding process for a managed service deal with a cable operator
- Working with the project team and transfer specific know-how for further evaluation & consideration
- Creating response documentation, such as solution descriptions, operational concepts, process flows
- Providing project progress reporting
- Attending frequent customer meetings to collect information and transfer this into managed service business modelling
- Liaise with internal support functions to align bidding strategies
- Create presentation material for internal and external use
Experience:
- Basic understanding of cable networks topologies & technologies
- Experience with managed service business evaluation
- Ideally, experience with cable network field operations throughout NE2, NE3, NE4 and it's cost structure
- Experience with subcontractors
- Background with engagement in managed service solution & contract development
- Understanding of workflow processes in cable-operations
- Experience with implementation of Work-Force Management systems
Skills and know-how:
- Standard MS Office Applications
- Very good customer facing communication skills
- Good understanding to convert operational requirements into cost evaluation models
- Presentation skills
- Process analysis skills and understanding of KPI/SLA models
- Analytical skills to evaluate operational areas of improvement
Fluent English, good German language skills
