Proteus Europe is currently searching for a Project Manager for one of our automotive clients based in Germany.Our client has a reputation for First class engineering and strategic consulting for sustainable mobility and renewable energy; this is what they do best. Role and responsibilities:
- Be responsible for system and components for the electrical systems of the chassis.
- Business leadership of the project team
- Integration of the systems in the vehicles
- Responsibility for testing scopes and driving tests
- Coordination of technical interfaces taking into account the project constraints such as schedule, series organization and processes
- Communication with internal interfaces and the customer
- Responsibility for the commissioning of the system components, metrology and diagnostics
Your profile:
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, Architecture Integration
- Min. 8 years of professional experience as a project manager in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Motorsport
- Process knowledge (automotive manufacturers, development environment, etc.)
- Expertise in E / E (HW and SW), especially in the field Chassis Electronics
- An understanding of Automobile platforms and E / E architectures
- Knowledge of bus systems (CAN, FlexRay etc.)
- Teamwork and initiative
- Ability to communicate with the internal interfaces, suppliers and customers
- Very good knowledge of German and good English skills
