On behalf of one of our clients, an international financial institution located in Frankfurt, we are searching for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Business Analyst Clearing (f/m) financial area Frankfurt F254
Context:
Our client is looking for business analysis support in the Open Access team in a project that has been established in order to respond to the changes and challenges being introduced by the new regulations of MiFID II/MiFIR and MAD II/MAR.
Task and responsibilities
Collection, alignment & documentation of the functional framework for all markets & products where our client is providing trading and/or clearing services for (ie derivatives, securities financing transactions) including the alignment of the functional framework already defined for securities business
Detailed documentation of business & functional flows based on the existing architecture for trade submission, trade acceptance, trade-, position-, risk- & collateral management and the interaction with payment & settlement infrastructures (if required)
Definition of the future target model in a MiFID II/MiFIR context & the gap analysis between the existing business/functional architecture & the future target model
Definition & documentation of entry & exit points to & from our clients architecture in accordance with the MiFID II/MiFIR regulatory requirements
Documentation of the required changes to the business & architectural components per market & product as well as the effort estimation
Identification of non-discriminatory differentiators per market & product/product group as basis for the pricing of services provided by or received from our clients value chain providers for trading and/or clearing
Mandatory skills and experience
Special focus on the specific service offerings of similar infrastructure providers and the applicable contractual framework
Experience in the identification of important elements from the functional documentation and their transformation into business management contracts & SLAs for the derivatives, security financing & securities business area
Outstanding analytical skills
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Solid experience in the preparation of contractual frameworks for infrastructure service providers

Initial contract duration 3 months (extension is anticipated but cannot be guaranteed)
