For a project in Cologne, we are looking for a IT-Service Expert (m/f).Start:
Duration:
Location: Cologne
Tasks
• Plan, organize, schedule and coordinate the activities (locally, regionally and globally) like customer releases, service maintenance weekends, network and patch weekends, etc. incl. onsite coordination on weekends if necessary
• Do risk and impact analysis on upcoming changes and avoid impact of changes to business of all related customers
• Contribute to local, regional and global projects
• Organize, moderate and attend to Change Advisory Boards (locally, regionally and globally), change preparation meetings,
customer meetings, etc.
• Interact with global teams
Your Profile/ Skills
Technical requirements:
• Good knowledge and understanding of various IT technologies
• Broad knowledge of technical principles of domains and platforms; Windows, Linux, Oracle, etc.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with the processes Incident, Problem and Change
Methodology/Certification requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
• Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
Non-Technical requirements:
• Strong leadership skills and able to motive teams without having any hierarchical responsibility
• Flexibility in working hours is required (work outside of normal working hours or weekend/holiday work)
• On-call permanency (standby)
• Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment
• Local language German + English fluent (mandatory)
