Implement the role of Service manager for the service “API Management & Webservice Gateway”.
Details


• Planning & control of all required activities in the services, including mapping to internal and external resources
• Ensuring the consistency between time, resource and assigned budget
• Global entry point for all related questions (not support or ticketing),
• Accounting and marketing for the services
• Execution of related escalation processes
• Control of required major migration activities with datacenter and consumer of the services
• Coordination of workshops for potential new customers and or knowledge sessions for existing ones
• Execution of all related demand & requirement processes (as defined by the customer)
• Derive required service releases, implementation as defined in ServiceDelivery
• In cooperation with service architect: specify feature specs, get cost indications
• Control the implementation of features
• Coordination of datacenter interfaces
• Cost and report tracking for the related services

Service specific aspects for “API Management)”
• Consulting for API management concepts
• Consulting for “CA API Portal” tooling

Service specific aspects for “WebService Gateway”
• Consulting and deep dive expertise in “CA Layer7 Gateway”
• Support for problem determination
• Provider communication with CA product group

Thorough knowledge of German and English required!
