Technical SAP Process Manager - Infrastructure - Contract - Walldorf, Germany - €
I have an immediate need for a SAP process manager who comes from an SAP infrastructure management background - TECHNICAL NOT FUNCTIONAL.
I need someone who comes from a strong SAP Systems Management background with strong ITIL knowledge
The SAP Process Manager will be responsible for
* Manage the operational processes in collaboration with GLDS Management, TLOs and MoDs
* Fine tune services in order to optimize the business value
* Drive service transition activities from server & system provisioning to landscape provisioning
* Analysis of improvement requirements (bottom up, top down)
* Maintain and prioritize improvement backlog
* Process management, ITIL, Agile
* Technical SAP Infrastructure knowledge!
