Design Engineer – Flight Test Instrumentation and Test Rigs (w/m/d)

For our customer, a company from the aerospace industry, we are looking for an Design Engineer – Flight Test Instrumentation and Test (f/m/d) to support the project as soon as possible.

- Design aerospace parts and assemblies for flight testing and test rigs

- Create 3D parts and assemblies in CAD (Siemens NX), including harness routing

- Manage the design data of your system in Teamcenter

- Participate in systems engineering activities

- Derive fully dimensioned 2D technical drawings appropriate for production and certification

- Document your work according to the relevant processes

- professional experience in the aerospace and/or component testing

- Strong knowledge of Siemens NX

- Advanced knowledge of ISO GPS (alternatively ASME GD amp;T)

- Basic knowledge with PDM/PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent)

- Experience in harness routing using NX is highly appreciated

- Fluent English language skills are essential, fluent German or any other language would be beneficial
