We are currently looking for a Data Engineer to help with the further development of an AI platform. IT provides the basic AI services for customers and the goal is to make sure that the AI platform can handle the interactions between a large number of actors in a standardized and highly efficient manner. Consequently, the transaction costs should be decreased and simultaneously a much higher quality achieved. With the development of the platform an automated and fully integrated basic infrastructures are provided and additional software-based functionalities are mapped. Often, a PaaS/IaaS should be implemented with a self-service portal approach. AI Workbench Services are expanded for data scientists around AWS Sagemaker and related services. The workbench provides the necessary tools for the development and operation of AI models preconfigured and integrated.You will help with the systematic expansion and harmonization of the AI platform and assist with the implementation of the strategy. Additionally, you will work with a team of experts to implement the standard services on the AI platform and harmonize individual software components. Further tasks are to work on the infrastructural implementation of services for the data scientists and set up the basic infrastructure and processes for automated software deployments in source code.

Experience:
• Software development (5 years)
• Java
• Gitlab CI/Pipelines. Implementation of continuous integration and continuous delivery using GitLab.
• Agile formats (Scrum/Kanban, DevOps)
• AWS services and the use of AWS CDK (Typescript) and/or Kubernetes
• Security measures in a complex application environment (Enterprise IT)
• Implementation of user management and client isolation for data science environments in the enterprise IT environment.
• Conception of integration architectures and the design of interfaces.
