teams need to be coordinated as there are a lot of activities happening such as test work and vehicle
review.
Location: Ingolstadt, Monsheim, Stuttgart (2x month in Ingolstadt)
German is a must have, at least B2.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Facilitating/moderating team meetings
- Setting up and defining job splits
- Align them within all team members and make sure all team members are fine with the splits
- Setting up a working model for the team(doesn’t have to be scrum, agile or Kanban but has to work).
- Performing and define the customer interface to stakeholders as there are many stakeholders and other development teams are depending on this team and their services
Who you are?
- Should be experienced in testing but it is not absolutely necessary
- Should have a lot of work experience and doesn’t have to be exclusively a scrum master
- Experience in automotive industry as their topics relate to the vehicle/cars
