Our company headquarters and R&D competence center are in the middle of Germany.For our customer, a well-known, internationally active development partner in the automotive industry, we are looking for 4 freelancer for the position of process engineer (m/f/d) in Bremen as soon as possible.
Mission:
- Planning, implementation, monitoring and project control for the procurement of modifications to an existing production line (implementation of MRA2 products on the MRA1 structure line incl.)
- Technical responsibility of structure line 1 from project award to SOP
- Support and optimization of existing processes on structure line 1 considering lean management principles
- Supplier management and tracking
- Tracking of open measures with the supplier and implementation
- Reporting and coordination with the project team
- Supervision of rebuild measures, validation and production release
- Updating and creation of process documentation, work instructions, P-FMEA, Control Plan in cooperation with Quality and Development- Improvement of the documentation form (modification of templates and potentially introduction of IT systems; e.g. APIS IQ-RM 7)- P-FMEA training and moderation

- Analysis phase
- concept phase
- Variant creation
- Creation of the specification (requirement specification)
- Support in procurement (selection of suppliers)
- Supplier management and tracking
- Support of the supplier(s) in the design phase (supplier discussions) and design approvals
- Project support up to commissioning and final acceptance
- Consulting and support in defect tracking (supplier discussions)
- Planning, implementation, monitoring and project management for the procurement of an additional conveyor belt on structure line 2
- Technical responsibility from conception to implementation
