Freelance System Engineers x2 needed - Automotive sector - Remote from GermanyMy client a Big Tier 1 Automotive Solutions Provider is looking for 2 Freelance System Engineers with the expertise of Matlab and radars and cameras for a period of initially the next 12-18 months extension likely after.
This is a fully remote role but you must be located in Germany, Budget - €65-€85 per hour depending on experience
Requirements
- Experience of Environment Simulation in Matlab Simulink.
- Hands-on experience in radars and cameras, preferably in the automotive industry with either: Development, Application, Integration.
- Nice to have Experience with safety-critical systems including standards such as ISO26262, IEC61508 or similar.
- Ideally, you have a good understanding of automotive networking, diagnostics, and fault handling techniques, and related system development tools (CANalyzer, ASL, CANape, Corvus etc.)
- Component and system-level issue investigations including appropriate problem solving and reporting tools (Six Sigma, 5D, Is / Is Not, Fault Tree etc) is a plus
- Good English language in written and spoken
