This is your job
-Support the change and release manager in planning and controlling releases, rollouts, patches and hotfixes
-Establishing Microsoft Windows clients, integrating and configuring them according to the specifications on the basis of the designs and concepts provided
-documentation of lifecycles, release cycles and end user documents
-Operative implementation of releases, rollouts, patches and hotfixes
-Resolving incidents and problems in connection with equipment and software of the end user computing environment in the 3rd level area
-Continuous performance of analyses to check client applications and configurations with regard to the client reference model and compatibility
-Implementing measures to resolve vulnerabilities
-Conduct IT operations according to agreed SLAs
-Developing new client builds for our customers, e.g. during transitions or in the course of release management.


What you bring with you
-Apprenticeship in the field of computer science, completed studies in computer science or similar
-Founded knowledge in the development of client systems in complex IT landscapes (Windows 10)
-Sure handling of current Microsoft operating systems and Windows installation technologies, also in the enterprise environment
-ITIL Foundation V3.0 and Microsoft MCTS certificates desirable
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Microsoft Azure
-First experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) desirable
-Understanding of operational processes and organisational structures
-Structured and independent way of working as well as strong service orientation
-Very good written and spoken German and English skills required
