Our client, a large telecommunication company, is looking for a Lab Coordinator (f/m/d) to be part of a team based in Munich.Start date: August 2021
Contract type and duration: freelance, initially 2 months with an extension expected
Volume: 35h a week
Location: Munich
Tasks:
- Inventory of lab devices and materials which will include:
A) scanning and moving of different-sized machinery
B) data input in the data base
C) assessment and reporting of faulty devices to service managers
- Collaborating with other lab managers to ensure safety and top state of the labs
- Setting up, maintaining and dismantling the cabling
- Taking part in lab meetings
- Supporting the engineers by small tasks like soldering
- Keeping the labs clean (safety walks)
Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a lab environment
- Good understanding of classic lab equipment and its purposes (multimeters, analyzers etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT (MS Word, Windows, etc.)
- English is a must, German is a plus (the team is international and communicates in English)
- Basic experience with soldering, PCB boards etc. is a plus
- Basic experience with silicon is a plus
