On behalf of one of our clients, an international financial institution, located in Frankfurt, we are searching for external support (f/m) with skills and abilities as stated below:
IT Service Manager (f/m) financial area Frankfurt - F079
IT Service Management, Service Catalogue data model designer
Your responsibilities
Establish high-level service categories and obtain stakeholders approval
Develop service catalogue framework based on those high-level categories
Design a multi-dimensional IT data model (Conceptual & Logical data models) comprising business, technical, operational, organizational, data privacy/data protection and compliance dimensions as base for a Service Catalogue
Gather, qualify and structure all requirements to build a sustainable Service Catalogue data model, including technical aspects such as applications, architectures, networks, and operational aspects such as support processes and interfaces
Ensure that data standards are defined in accordance with the existing data frameworks and with the requirements of all relevant functional areas
Determine the data quality metrics required to ensure the data can be trusted to be complete, correct and consistent
Create a requirements document for the selection of a software for the implementation of the service catalogue considering compatibility with the existing tool landscape
Our requirements
Senior data model designer with experience in highly integrated, complex and individualized
Project management method such as PMI or IPMA (certification is of advantage)
Verifiable knowledge and experience in the development and setup of a multi dimensional service catalogue in IT industry including Datamodelling
A thorough understanding of generic Project Life Cycle management controls
Understand the three subsets in the Service Portfolio: the Service Pipeline, the Service Catalogue and the Service retired
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German language skills are an advantage
Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with its basic principles a plus
Profound ITIL experience in development and implementation of processes
Minimum 5 years in software development, infrastructure and operations for IT
Knowledge of BI/Data warehouse environment and technics is an advantage
