JOBTITLE
SAP Technical Project Manager Senior/Expert
Responsibilities:
- Tool Enrichment (eg Solution Manager, Landscape Virtualization Manager, Cloud Access Manager)
- Requirements Engineering (Roll-in/Roll-out)
- Roll-in/Roll-out of Process Changes
- Last mile adoption
- Performance testing & Validation (Blueprint)
- Operations Level Agreements with partners and vendors
- Supporting Key Customer Projects
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Driving and supporting different projects
- Performing feasibility studies and process design reviews
- Detailed planning of process implementation
- Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Develop and assure quality of process models
Required skills
- Several years of working experience with IT Service Provider or in the area of SAP Basis
- Advanced knowledge in ITIL/ITSM processes
- Strong ability to design organizational structures and design of process related structures
- Strong ability to develop change request documents for IT
- Demonstrating profound knowledge of defining standards and specifying enabling tools
Preferred skills
- Experience in IT Infrastructure, SAP Basis
- Experience with cloud provider, hosting provider or managed services providers is highly valued
- Affinity in documentation
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations
- Fluent in German and English is a MUST, any other language is an asset
