Hello all

I am back with yet another Change manager project role. This one is a long term one till December next year.

The Location is in Zurich and a very important criterion is that you know English, German and French.

Some of the details are :

The project is in the ERP environment. There fore change management experience in the ERP or Microsoft AX environment.

1. Creating the Change Management concept
2. Moderating workshops to define the target process landscape
3. Support for the documentation of the target process landscape
4. Support for the implementation of the target process landscape
5. Moderating workshops to derive the structure of organization of the target process landscape
6. Support for the implementation of construction organization
7. Coaching of executives throughout the change management process
8. Coaching of individual employees throughout the project
9. Coordination with the international Change Manager of the parent project
10. Maintain a targeted communication to support the change management measures
