Product Service Engineer, Electrical, Wind Turbines, Electromechanical and German and English spoken and written
eCRM Euro are looking for a Product Service Engineer - Electrical for a 12 month project based in Germany.
Responsibilities
Sustainable increase in the availability of wind turbines on the basis of efficient technical root cause analysis, practical development and targeted validation of design improvements.
Transfer and follow-up of design improvements and retrofits to the Top Issues Team.
Reduce the implementation times of design improvements.
Analysis of fault characteristics of the global installed fleet for the early identification of trends to take appropriate corrective actions.
Intensive technical support and advice when introducing new product generation in fast-growing markets (including in the context of cross-departmental initiatives).
Effective collaboration with the Field Service, the Engineering department, the Fleet Availability Engineering and the statistics group.
Creation of work instructions and verification of technical wind turbine documentation.
Operate the Service Now (PAC case) queue -Operate the Ordering Management.
Required Skills and Experience Levels
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in service or engineering of wind turbines.
Mechanical Engineering Degree.
Experience in fault diagnosis of wind turbines, proven knowledge of electromechanical drive technology and system integration.
Excellent expression and communication skills in German and English spoken and written.
Successful integration in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Willingness to travel, flexibility.
