Für ein Projekt bei unserem Kunden suchen wir eine/nSOL Programme/Project Manager (f/m) – Frankfurt, End Client Project
Task Description:
He/she will report to the Head of Sales/&Channels IT
Responsible for the coordination of a portfolio of projects in the six PBCI countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Belgium and India)
Liaise with other programme / project managers (locally in Germany or in other European countries), clients, and other stakeholders as appropriate as the business/functional counterpart for solution identification
Reviews business case(s) outlining cost impacts and value drivers of proposed solutions
Prepare feasibility studies and estimates
Responsible for defining testing requirements together with the QA & Testing Team as well as the client Supports the design and conceptualization of new business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks
Responsible for Quality Assurance of project deliverables
Supports the prioritization of change requests
Skill-Requirements:
Technical Skills:
o IT project management skill (including Risk Assessment)
o Knowledge of Quality Management tools and techniques
o Advanced knowledge in MS Office products
o Excellent Powerpoint presentation and preparation skills
Branch Skills:
o Relevant strong experience in Business Analysis and Financial Services (preferred at biggest institutes of bank and finance branch), better if in digitalization related initiatives
o Broad knowledge of related business solutions in the marketplace
o Management experience and ability to lead and coach
o Capable to work independently Competencies: Business Strategy, Change Leadership, Basic Project Management & Project Governance Process Development & Management, Banking Industry Knowledge Innovation, Managing Complexity, Online Banking Product Knowledge (+ 5 years experience)
Soft Skills:
o Maturity and persuasiveness to engage in business dialogue and support stakeholders
o Well-developed analytical and problem solving experience
o Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organization
o Ability to work in fast-paced environment
o Excellent communication skills
o Strong analytical skills
Language Skills:
o German (fluently in spoken and written)
o English (fluently in spoken and written)
Scope of Project:
1 full time equivalent (details in interview) at end client location in Frankfurt
Possibilities for remote work not yet clear, but unlikely (details in interview)
Duration: 01.07.2015 to 31.12.2015 (maybe quarterly extensions)
