Cloud Process Expert
Cloud Process Expert required to develop Processes & process descriptions for the new SAP Delivery Organization. Process Consultant will develop with stakeholders and different teams' processes according to the agreed scope. Consultant will define working tools of the Process and Tools Department.
Scope of work:
- Lead process definition activities leveraging industry best practices (eg ITIL)
- Good understanding of development standards and processes (eg Agile)
- Design & document processes according to internal documentation standards
- Standardize IT support processes and support process deployment activities
- Applying lean principles, identify and reduce waste in processes
- Organize workshop and achieve results in an independent and competent way
Additional know-how:
- Previous experience within SAP
- Good ITIL know how
- Sound understanding of infrastructure technology and/or hosting/cloud approaches
- Good Cloud Business understanding
- Strong communication capabilities
- Professional English skills
