Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery Consultant required for a global client in Germany on a Contract basis.
Our Client is looking for a proven Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery Consultant for a large scale project.
Role
- Lead process definition activities leveraging industry best practices (eg ITIL)
- Good understanding of development standards and processes (eg Agile)
- Design & document processes according to internal documentation standards
- Standardize IT support processes and support process deployment activities
- Applying lean principles, identify and reduce waste in processes
Required
- Organize workshop and achieve results in an independent and competent ways
- Good ITIL know how
- Sound understanding of infrastructure technology and/or hosting/cloud approaches
- Good Cloud Business understanding
- Strong communication capabilities
- Fluent English speaking
